Notice of Public Review for the Draft 2026 Connecticut Integrated Water Quality Report
Copies of the draft 2026 Integrated Water Quality Report (IWQR) are available on the IWQR website. Hard copies of the document may be requested by contacting the Department at rebecca.jascot@ct.gov.
Written comments on the draft IWQR must be received by CT DEEP by November 1, 2026, to be considered prior to the submission of the final IWQR to the US EPA. Electronic comments are preferred and should be directed electronically to Rebecca Jascot at DEEP.IWQR@ct.gov. Please use subject line “2026 IWQR Comments.” Comments may also be submitted in paper form to the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, Bureau of Water Protection and Land Reuse, Water Planning and Management Division, Attn: Rebecca Jascot, 79 Elm Street, Hartford, CT 06106-5127.
A public meeting will be held on October 6, 2026, via TEAMS from 1:00 p.m.-2:30 pm Eastern Time (US and Canada). Registration is required. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
