DEEP EnCon Police Identify Body Found on Long Island Sound
The body of Spencer Mugford was located today by a commercial fisherman off the coast of Groton, CT at approximately 12:45 pm. His remains were brought onshore by the United States Coast Guard and transported to Office of the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office. Sofia McKenna, who was last seen with Mugford, has not been located at this time. Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) Environmental Conservation Police (EnCon) continues to investigate this case.- Twitter: @CTDEEPNews
