DEEP Energy Web Filing - Registration
Welcome to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP), Bureau of Energy and Technology's Web Filing System. Follow the steps below to create an account and to grant access to the DEEP Energy Filing System.
Note: If you already have a Web Filing Account with the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) then you will be using the same account. You will have to log into the system to grant DEEP Energy Filing access for your current account.
PURA Web Filing - Troubleshooting Tips: Guidance for accessing the web filing system
Follow these steps if you do not have a Web Filing Account with PURA.

Select this link to go the the PURA Web Filing Account Management webpage. PURA Web Filing Account Management.

On the webpage select 'Create a New Account'.

Fill on your Last Name and your email address and then hit 'Enter'. Hit 'OK' when your information is validated.

Fill out all of the fields on the User Registration Form. In the Account Information section make sure to mark the check box 'DEEP Energy Filing DB'.

After filling out all of the fields correctly, select 'Submit Request' and you will receive a confirmation stating that you will be notified via email once your account is ready.
Follow these steps if you do have a Web Filing Account with PURA.

Select this link to go the the PURA Web Filing Account Management webpage. PURA Web Filing Account Management.

On the webpage select 'Login to Modify an Existing Account'

Log in with your username and password.

Select 'Enter to Modify'

Go to the bottom of the User Registration Form. Under the Account Information section mark the check box 'DEEP Energy Filing DB'. Retype your password and select 'Submit Request'. You will receive a confirmation stating that you will be notified via email once your account is ready.
Once you receive your email confirmation then you are ready to create a DEEP Energy Filing. Select the link below to file. Log in with your username and password and fill out the DEEP Filing Form. The form is officially submitted once you receive the confirmation receipt.
