Adjudications Docket Portal and E-Filing System
E-Filing
All petitions, requests for hearing, and subsequent filings shall be submitted via the Office of Adjudication’s E-Filing system. You must first register here to access the e-filing account management system and submit an electronic filing to the DEEP Office of Adjudications.
Existing users can log in here to access the E-Filing System.
Office of Adjudication’s Public Docket Portal
All docket activity, filings, and hearing information can be found on the Office of Adjudication’s Docket portal. Interested members of the public can “subscribe” to a case and will be notified via e-mail of all docket activity.
Written Public Comments
Interested members of the public can submit written public comments through the Office of Adjudication’s Docket Portal until the published deadline for written comments. Upon submission, the public comment will be reviewed by the Office of Adjudications and then posted on the case docket homepage under the Public Comment tab.

The Adjudications Docket Portal contains only cases from April 2026 onward. For past proposed and final decisions, and hearing officer reports, please visit Adjudications - Proposed and Final Decisions and Hearing Officer Reports.
