The Connecticut Office of the Arts (COA) partners with regional organizations to help arts and cultural communities thrive. These organizations help us support your local creative economy by:

  • Helping you access and use COA programs and services
  • Providing hands-on support in your community, including marketing, technical assistance, arts and culture advocacy, and more
  • Building relationships between artists, arts organizations, communities, municipalities, educators, and others in your area
