Current Permit Holders

Welcome to our main page for current liquor permit holders.

Below you will find helpful tools for updating and renewing your permit information. We provide additional resources about how to keep your permit in good standing and the process for moving or modifying your business.

Renewals 

All liquor permits are renewed annually, running from date of issuance.

Cancellations 

Permit holders must cancel their permit if they terminate their business for any reason.

Voluntary Suspensions 

If you anticipate your business being closed for thirty (30) or more days, please put your permit in voluntary suspension status.  

Permittee and Backer Changes 

All changes with your permittee and backer must be reported to and approved by Liquor Control.

Moving a New Location (Removal) 

If your business needs to move to a new location, this process is called "removal."

Altering Your Premises 

Certain modifications to your premises require approval from Liquor Control, even if modifications are temporary.

Enforcement Process 

The Liquor Control Division is charged with enforcing the Liquor Control Act and its corresponding regulations.

Forms Needed on Your Premises 

Permit holders are required to keep forms on their premises, including age statement form and coil cleaning card.
