This permit allows beer, cider, wine, and spirits. The business is open to the public where food and beverages are available. There can be no sleeping accommodations.
Special Requirements
- Demonstrate food availability: either made on premise, prepackaged, or through take out menus for places that will deliver
- At least two restrooms (hardship waiver available)
