What forms do I need on my premises?

Below are common forms that you need to keep on your premises, depending on the type of business you operate.  

All Permits 

  • Invoices and Records of Sales: Every premise must keep a two-year record of their daily sales and wholesaler invoices on their premises unless the Liquor Control Division approved a request to keep your invoices elsewhere.

On-Premises Permits (bars, restaurants, breweries, etc.) 

Off-Premises Permits (package stores, grocery stores, breweries) 

  • Keg Book: If you sell kegs, you are required to tag the keg and collect deposits.  A keg book holds the tags and helps you keep track of the kegs you sell. Contact our License Services division to order a keg book.
