No smoking is allowed inside any permit premises (except licensed tobacco bars. This includes products containing tobacco – like cigarettes, cigars, or cigarillos – or products containing THC - like hemp or cannabis. These products cannot be lit and burned in devices like pipes – including hookahs – inside a permit premises. Using electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), electronic cannabis delivery systems, or vapor products are also prohibited. Smoking includes: cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, pipes, vaping, electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), hookah, THC, waterpipes, shisha, and any other form of inhaling or exhaling smoke, fumes, or vapor.
Smoking is also not allowed on covered patios. Smoking may occur on uncovered patios.
Hookah lounges are not allowed to serve alcoholic beverages. A hookah lounge must be effectively separated and closed off from any permitted premises.
