Below is a list of all prescribers that have a waiver from Electronically Prescribing of Controlled Substances due to a lack of technological capacity (not a temporary technological failure). The list is updated every 24 hours. You can obtain information from the list two ways:

in the upper left hand corner below "data.ct.gov" of the screen below and type in the name that you would like to search. - Click on the
button and chose to print or download the list.
