Connecticut Prescription Monitoring and Reporting System (CPMRS)

The course provides information about the state’s Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) as well as its centralized database, the CPMRS. Law enforcement personnel will learn:

  • How to register for and use the CPMRS
  • About controlled substance in Connecticut
  • How to use the CPMRS during an investigation
  • Appropriate use of the CPMRS

Enrollment Information
To enroll in the course, you must create an account on the Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) Learning Management System. To create an account:

1. Go to https://ctlms-dcp.ct.gov.

2. Click on “Sign Up”.

3. Complete the form.

  • Email address: Use your work or professional email address
  • Security Keyword: DCP
  • License Type: Type of license issued to you by the Department of Public Health
  • License/Badge Number: If you do not have a license number, enter “000000”.

4. Check “I’m not a robot”.

5. Click “Sign Up”.

6. You will receive an email confirmation from “dcp@sabacloud.com” with the subject “Welcome to Saba Cloud!”. To activate your account, you must confirm your email address by clicking the link in the welcome email. If you do not receive an email, check your SPAM and junk folders. Please note, “dcp@sabacloud.com” is not an active email address. If you have questions regarding the DCP Learning Management system, please email DCP.Learning@ct.gov.

7. After clicking the link, you will receive a popup. Enter your email address for your username and create a password, then click “Save”.

8. Once you have activated your account, you may begin enrolling in available courses by selecting “Online Training” at the top.

You will receive an email with a link to courses assigned to your Learning Pathway the day after you activate your account. You can also log into the DCP Learning Management System at https://ctlms-dcp.ct.gov to enroll in any course.
