The Team is committed to serving and working in partnership with our families, schools, hospitals, police, community organizations and providers to ensure our children grow up healthy, safe, smart and strong. 

 

The New Britain office serves 14 towns -Avon, Berlin, Bristol, Burlington, Canton, Farmington, New Britain, Newington, Plainville, Plymouth, Rocky Hill, Simsbury, Southington and Wethersfield.

The DCF Citizens’ Review Panel-Regional Advisory Council, better known as RAC, is led by Provider Chair: Marie Mormile-Mehler, CMHA Vice President of Planning and Performance Improvement, Young Adult Chair: Elizabeth Flores a CCSU Senior and Youth Advisory Board Member,  Parent Chair: Vacant, and Nydia Dominguez, FAVOR Family Systems Manager.   The RAC meets every first Thursday of the month at CMHA 233 Main Street, New Britain from 5:30-7:00 p.m. At 5:00pm, we host a 'meet and greet', provide info and answer questions for newcomers.   A light meal is served.
