This bulletin transmits revisions to the former section entitled Committed Child Services Conflict with the Law.
 
The policy is now renamed Working with DOC Involved Youth/Children it replaces the previous, Committed Child Services Children in Conflict with the Law.

  • the roles and responsibilities of the Ombudsman office,Social Workers, and Parole Officers when working with DCF involved children who are also simultaneously involved in Department of Corrections 
  • Visitation standards
  • Bail
  • Case closing procedures
  • Communications between staff from DCF and Department of Corrections
