Policy 42-20-20, Post Secondary School Education Expenses

This new policy explains that and how the Department may provide financial assistance for post-secondary school education expenses, within available DCF budget appropriations, to students up to age 23, who were committed abused, neglected or uncared for through their 18th birthday.
