Progress Notes Training (NOTE: This is a two part training for direct care staff, clinicians, quality assurance staff, managers, and directors)
Part 1
- Progress Note Training Video (40 minutes) Web Based Training which needs to be completed independently AND prior to participating in Part 2
- Progress Note Training Materials (the following 3 documents are for reference during video)
Part 2 (2 hours) Virtual Class: A live, interactive session with guided exercises. This portion of the training will be offered monthly and can also be provided by request to providers for groups of multiple staff enrolling. To register for this training session click HERE and enter the password CMS in all capitol letters. Participants MUST complete Progress Note Part 1 prior to attending Part 2.

- PNMI 101 Part 2 Training Video (23 minutes) Web Based Training to be completed independently
- PNMI 101 One on One Support and Technical Assistance is strongly suggested to ensure a program incorporates the requirements of their contract to maximize PNMI outcomes. Please contact your program's assigned PNMI Reviewer following the completion of PNMI 101 Parts 1 and 2 to schedule a Support and Technical Assistance session.
