What businesses are closed during the State’s coronavirus response? When will they reopen?
3/18/2021Governor Lamont extended the deadline for all closure, distancing, and safety measures for many businesses. Here are specific reopening rules for certain business types, including barbers, nail salons, restaurants, bars, malls, parks, campgrounds, zoos, bowling alleys, golf courses, dentists, tattoo parlors, and farm stands.

Should I be working from home? How do I stay safe as a non-essential worker?
6/9/2020Effective 8PM on Monday, March 23, all workers at non-essential businesses in the state shall work from home. The governor is encouraging all businesses to employ, to the maximum extent possible, any telecommuting or work-from-home procedures that they can safely implement.
