Has the COVID-19 response changed the date that I need to file my Income and Expense Report for my rental property?
NOTE: On March 15, 2021, Governor Lamont announced UniteCT, a new state program that will provide financial help to qualified renters financially impacted by the pandemic. The program will provide rental assistance to landlords on behalf of qualified tenants. Both tenants and landlords can apply. Please go to our UniteCT page to apply, or visit the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau website for more information on renter assistance.

As of April 1, 2020, this taxpayer filing deadline is extended to August 15, 2020.
