The Connecticut Office of Policy and Management (OPM) has reviewed the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's Environmental Impact Evaluation (EIE) and the associated process in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Section 22a-1e and determined that the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's Record of Decision is adequate.
