Project Description: The project comprises the installation of approximately 1,000 lineal feet of eight-inch water main and associated appurtenances along a portion of Covey Road in Burlington, CT. The new main will be connected to the existing water main of The Torrington Water Company, located on George Washington Turnpike. The project will be funded through the Small Town Economic Assistance Program (STEAP) distributed by the Office of Policy and Management (OPM).

Written comments from the public are welcomed and will be accepted until the close of business on: Thursday, June 4, 2015.
Any person can ask the sponsoring agency to hold a Public Scoping Meeting by sending such a request to the address below. If a meeting is requested by 25 or more individuals, or by an association that represents 25 or more members, the sponsoring agency shall schedule a Public Scoping Meeting. Such requests must be made by Friday, May 15, 2015.
