2. Notice of EIE for New Railroad Station in the City of West Haven or the Town of Orange

Address of Possible Project Locations: The West Haven site is located south of Interchange 42 on Interstate 95 between Saw Mill Road, Railroad Avenue and Hood Terrace. The Orange site is located just south of Interchange 41 on Interstate 95 with access off of Marsh Hill Road. 

Project Description: The project consists of the construction of a new commuter railroad station that will include a pedestrian track crossing, high level platforms and parking for approximately 1000 vehicles.  The EIE studies the socio-economic and environmental impacts for the construction of a new railroad station at both sites.
