1. Notice of Approval of the Department of Transportation's Environmental Classification Document

On April 18, 2011, the Office of Policy and Management approved the revised Environmental Classification Document (ECD) for the Connecticut Department of Transportation, in accordance with Section 22a-1a-5(e) of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.  The ECD is the document used by the CTDOT to determine whether a given State action requires consideration under the Connecticut Environmental Policy Act (CEPA).

The revised CTDOT ECD supersedes the previous version that had previously been in effect.  The revised ECD may be viewed at: www.ct.gov/environmentaldocuments
