Brief Description of Historical and Current Uses: Has only been used as a Group Home.  The main house is approximately 4,000 SF and has a detached garage of approximately 500 SF.  The proposed 1-acre parcel will need to be split from the current parcel, which is the CT DDS Putnam Satellite Office.
