2. EIE Notice for Three Rivers Community College (TRCC) Consolidation and the Relocation of Norwich Connecticut Technical High School (NCTHS)

Address of Project Locations: 7 Mahan Drive and 574 New London Turnpike, Norwich, CT 

Project Description: The TRCC consolidation would provide renovations of the existing TRCC main building with approximately 193,000 square feet of new construction to adequately support approximately 2,000 full time equivalent students.  The NCTHS relocation would provide renovations of the existing main building at the Mohegan Campus with approximately 95,000 square feet of new construction to adequately support approximately 550 students.

There is no public hearing scheduled for this EIE. The agency will hold a public hearing if 25 or more persons or an association that has at least 25 members requests a hearing.  A public hearing request must be made no later than April 15, 2005.
