Licensed cannabis establishments may transport their own cannabis and cannabis products to other licensed cannabis establishments or entities based on the type of license they hold. Licensees may only transport their own cannabis and cannabis products. To transport cannabis and cannabis products, a licensee must comply with the requirements outlined in Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 420h as well as the Department’s policies and procedures.
The chart below describes the different types of adult-use cannabis establishments and who they may transport their own cannabis products to:

Certain license types may deliver cannabis and cannabis products to qualifying patients, caregivers and adult-use consumers.
