Can I order more THC-infused beverages?

A cannabis retailer, hybrid retailer and dispensary facility (“cannabis licensee”) or package store may purchase both infused and legacy infused beverages between May 15, 2024 and June 30, 2024. However, any beverages brought into the cannabis licensee’s possession between that time must be kept separate from the inventoried beverages from May 14, 2024. 
 
Starting July 1, 2024, a cannabis licensee or package store may only sell legacy infused beverages:

  • That were in its possession and reflected in the inventory on May 14, 2024. 
  • If the cannabis licensee has been granted a waiver.

A cannabis establishment or package store that completes the inventory count, pays the fee, and obtains the waiver, is allowed to sell through the stock of legacy infused beverages reflected on the May 14th inventory until September 30, 2024. The sale legacy infused beverages purchased between May 15, 2024 and June 30, 2024 is prohibited as of July 1, 2024. A cannabis establishment or package store may purchase non-legacy infused beverages at any point.
