  Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman, Board Chair of Access Health CT (AHCT), and Access Health CT CEO Jim Wadleigh today announced that as of January 5, 2016, AHCT has enrolled a total of 104,363 individuals in Qualified Health Plans (QHP).
