RE: Eighth District Office in Middletown is Moving

 

The Commission's Eighth District Office in Middletown is scheduled to move to a new address on Friday, December 17, 2021. Office telephone and fax numbers will remain the same. Middletown's new address and contact information—effective December 20, 2021—are as follows:

Please plan accordingly, as the following services will be impacted during the move of the Eighth District Office:
 

  • The main phone line will be out of service starting in the afternoon of Thursday, December 16, 2021 through the opening of business on Monday, December 20, 2021.
     
  • The fax line will be out of service the afternoon of Thursday, December 16, 2021 through the morning of Friday, December 17, 2021.
     
  • The office will be closed on Friday, December 17, 2021.
     
  • The office will be open and accessible for filings but will have no hearings on Monday, December 20, 2021 and Tuesday, December 21, 2021. Full operations will resume at the new location starting on December 22, 2021.
