Members will be receiving newly designed benefit change notices (now referred to as Advices) summarizing this first payment on or after 8/29. How do I update my beneficiary with CTRB?

Retired Members who have selected Plan N or Plan C, should complete a Plan N Change of Beneficiary Form or a Plan C Change of Beneficiary Form. This completed form should be returned directly to CTRB for processing.
