Lost Data Policy

BOARD APPROVED SEPTEMBER 14, 2011

Effective upon Board approval.

The CT Teachers' Retirement Board adopted the following position on Lost Data at the regular Board meeting held on September 14, 2011. 

The Board shall provide timely notice to individuals in the event of a loss of their sensitive data; as well as provide identity protection for two years as recommended by the Attorney General in such instances.
