TRB Rollovers Restored

Public Act 21-186 restored the ability of teachers to roll funds (for any retirements beginning on September 1, 2021 or later) from certain tax-deferred accounts such as a 403(b) into the Teachers’ Retirement System at retirement in order to purchase the TRB’s fixed annuity.
