Annual Statements have been sent for all active teachers as of January 14th. Annual Statements do not reflect service purchases completed AFTER June 2025. If you need to request a duplicate copy of your Annual Statement prior to February 2nd please contact your employing district. Inactive and State employed TRB members will receive their statements in February. The Annual Statement Center can be used to alert TRB of possible errors on your statement. Duplicate statements for the 2024-25 year will be added to the Annual Statement Center on February 2nd 2026.

Annual Salary and Credited Service

Annual salary is the pay you receive for teaching, administrative, or supervisory services as outlined in your contract. Annual salary does NOT include pay you receive for extra duty assignments, athletic coaching, unused sick leave, terminal pay or any payment predicated on your retirement.

You earn one month of credited service for each school month worked from September to June. A full year of service is 10 months and you cannot receive more than 10 months of credit in any school year. In order to receive credit, you must be employed on the first working day of the month in a CTRS eligible position and have the mandatory contributions deducted from the salary that you were paid.
