Administrative Dissolution Notices
The Office of the Secretary of the State, Business Services Division, may administratively dissolve (dissolve by forfeiture) a business entity that is more than one year in default of filing its annual report. The statutory authority for administrative dissolution is as follows:

Notice is also mailed to the principal business office on record with the Office of the Secretary of the State. Notice of the administrative dissolution activity of the Office will be available on this website for no less than 60 days.
