Electric and gas utilities have begun notifying residential customers with unpaid and/or past-due balances that if they do not take action and contact their utility to enroll in a payment plan, they are at risk of having their gas services terminated on Thursday, May 2, 2024. If your household has received a notification from your utility company, please contact them directly to set up a payment plan to keep your services on. These plans charge no interest, and all customers qualify at least once for one or more of these plans.   • CT Transit and Fastrak buses – The state office building at 10 Franklin Square is a 7 to 9 minute walk from the Fastrak station in downtown New Britain, a hub for bus routes to/from Hartford and many other directions.   • Bike options - The location is also well served by New Britain’s network of on-street bike lanes and the multi-use path along the Fastrak route between the downtown New Britain and Newington Junction stations.

North on I-91 to Route 9 North New Britain/Berlin. Take the second New Britain exit, "Downtown New Britain," Exit 26. Turn left at light at end of exit onto Bosco Drive. Follow it around curve. Turn right into driveway to parking garage. DO NOT park in lot (it is reserved for far right building (Liberty Square). Ten Franklin Square is on other side of garage. Enter from courtyard side facing courthouse.
From New London Area:
Interstate 95 to Route 9 North. Take the second New Britain exit, "Downtown New Britain" Exit 26. Turn left at light at end of exit onto Bosco Drive. Follow it around curve. Turn right into driveway to parking garage. DO NOT park in lot (it is reserved for far right building-Liberty Square). Ten Franklin Square is on other side of garage. Enter from courtyard side facing courthouse.
From Norwich Area:
Take Route 2 West (Exit 5-D) to Putnam Bridge in Glastonbury. After crossing Connecticut River, follow signs to 91 South. Continue on 91 South. Take Route 9 North (Berlin/New Britain). Take the second New Britain exit, "Downtown New Britain," Exit 26. Turn left at light at end of exit onto Bosco Drive. Follow it around curve. Turn right into driveway to parking. garage. From Hartford Area, Massachusetts
From I-91 South take I-84 West to Exit 39A. Take Route 9 South to Chestnut Street Exit 27 (left-lane exit). At the end of exit, turn right onto Chestnut Street, then left at next light (1/2 block) onto Columbus Boulevard. Turn right at the next light onto Bosco Drive. Follow it around curve. Turn right into driveway of parking garage. DO NOT park in lot (it is reserved for far right building - Liberty Square). Ten Franklin Square is on other side of garage. Enter from courtyard side facing courthouse.
From Bridgeport and Waterbury Area:
North on Route 8 to I-84 East to Exit 35 (Route 72 East). Continue on Route 72 East to "Route 71 to Main Street" Exit 9. Go right at light at top of the ramp; then go straight through next light (Chestnut Street). In about one block, turn left into driveway to garage. DO NOT park in lot (it is reserved for far right building- Liberty Square). Ten Franklin Square is on the west side of the garage. Enter from courtyard side facing courthouse.
