Office of Finance: Improvements Related to State of Connecticut’s Business Regulation and Certain Personnel Administration Functions

The State of Connecticut Office of Policy and Management is seeking firms to provide consulting services that will enable the state to implement organizational, process and other changes needed to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and timeliness of the processes, systems and programmatic approaches utilized by state agencies to: 1) regulate business entities and 2) administer certain human resources/personnel functions. Those responding to this request may submit proposals in regard to one or both of these two areas.
