State Plan of Conservation and Development
The Office of Policy and Management prepares a state plan of conservation and development (State C&D Plan, also known as the state POCD), every five years in accordance with Section 16a-27 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
The 2013-2018 State C&D Plan was adopted on June 5, 2013 and remains in effect until such time that the Connecticut General Assembly adopts a revised State C&D Plan in accordance with Section 16a-30 of the Connecticut General Statutes. A Draft 2018-2023 State C&D Plan is under consideration by the General Assembly in the 2022 legislative session.
