Previous C&D Plans
The 2018-2024 State C&D Plan was adopted on May 4, 2022 via House Joint Resolution No. 107, and remained in effect until the Connecticut General Assembly adopted the 2025-2030 State C&D Plan in accordance with Section 16a-30 of the Connecticut General Statutes on March 5, 2025.
