Dear Valerie,

On behalf of our hungry neighbors across Greater Hartford,I'd like to thank Office of Policy and

Management for its grant award of $133,534.00 for the Mobile Food Truck Program.

This funding is the reason struggling seniors, families, and so many others will make it through hard times with food on the table. And just as crucial-you are helping keep hope alive for people like Christine and her husband, who appreciated support from our mobile program:

"I recently learned about the Mobile Foodshare program. It has made such a positive impact for my husband and me, and I want to thank you directly for that. We are struggling to meet all of our needs right now. Rest assured that we truly appreciate the fruit, veggies, and delightful items that have been so cheerfully shared with us, as we visit our local Mobile Foodshare site. It has been an uplifting experience."

Foodshare is committed to fighting food insecurity in our community. Thanks to organizations like Office of Policy and Management, Foodshare is able to serve thousands of hungry people each year and has become a national leader among food banks.
Thank you for your support of our ongoing effort to solve hunger in our community.

Foodshare is a 501(c)(3)  tax-exempt, nonprofit organization, EIN 22-2474771,
