Dr. Pablo Martinez is a nationally recognized expert known for his work in forecasting with the ADULT JUSTICE forecasting model, which projects the size of the prison, parole and probation populations in Texas and it has capability to produce policy simulations. He has done consulting for the states of Kentucky , Oklahoma , Hawaii and Colorado where he developed forecasting models similar to the one in Texas for their adult justice systems. He will be sharing his knowledge and expertise for how we may apply these techniques in Connecticut. See Dr. Martinez's Presentation to the
