  Governor Dannel P. Malloy released the following statement regarding an announcement made this afternoon by Attorney General George Jepsen that the state has initiated a lawsuit alleging violations of the Connecticut False Claims Act orchestrated through a kickback pyramid scheme involving a Florida-based compounding pharmacy and several individuals, including former and current Connecticut state employees.
