09-08-2016 Healthy CT 2020: SHIP Action Summit

On September 8, 2016, over 175 partners from across the state convened for the Healthy CT 2020: SHIP Action Summit. The full day event provided an overview of current Connecticut health reform initiatives, alignment opportunities with national initiatives, as well as small group discussion regarding the 2016 progress and 2017 planning by focus area Action Teams.
