The Connecticut Department of Correction’s Division of Parole and Community Service was among the first in the nation to establish contracts with private nonprofit agencies to provide residential and nonresidential supervision and treatment/services for offenders. Directory of Community Providers
The Residential Provider Manual delineates specific Connecticut Department of Correction policies for the operation of community residential programs under contract with nonprofit providers throughout Connecticut.
