The Behavioral Health Recovery Program (BHRP) is for individuals who are determined eligible for Husky D (Medicaid for Low Income Adults) by the Department of Social Services and who meet other service eligibility criteria per Section 3 (Eligibility for Services) of the BHRP Polices.
The Community Services Division is the “operations” arm of the DMHAS Office of the Commissioner. Regional monitoring staff maintain regular contact with the Department’s private not for profit behavioral health service contractors.
