Scholarship Fund

The Connecticut State Troopers Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc. was established in 1962 by Commissioner Leo J. Mulcahy. The scholarship program was instituted as a tribute to the Connecticut State Troopers and Auxiliary Troopers who made the supreme sacrifice in service to the State and its citizens. Annually, the fund provides awards to the children of Connecticut State Police members, who are entering their first year of college. As such, it recognizes the achievements of qualified and deserving students, while honoring the dedication of fallen heroes.
