Medical Marijuana Dispensary Facility License
THE DEPARTMENT IS NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS AT THIS TIME
The Department will be providing more information on the new process of opening either a medical marijuana dispensary facility or a medical marijuana production facility in the near future. Below is a copy of our former RFA process for your review.
This registration is for a place of business where marijuana may be dispensed or sold at retail to qualifying patients and primary caregivers and for which the department has issued a dispensary facility license. Only a dispensary facility that has obtained a license from the Department of Consumer Protection may sell marijuana to qualified patients and primary caregivers that have a registration certificate from the Department of Consumer Protection.
