L.I.S.T. (Learning Inventory of Skills Training)EQUITY STATEMENT: As a racial justice agency that recognizes the importance of the Black Lives Matter principles, DCF is committed to partnering with our Life Skills Educators/Agencies to ensure that all youth are provided with the hard and soft skills necessary to support maximizing their individual outcomes. To this end, we recognize that there are unique soft skills that are critical for all youth. We also recognize that there is a need to ensure that the youth of color, and in particular Black youth, that we serve are provided with the soft skills which are critical to ensure their personal safety, well-being, and emotional development.
