CEPA Determination: On October 19, 2021, the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) published a Record of Decision in the Environmental Monitor. The Connecticut Office of Policy and Management (OPM) has reviewed DEEP's Environmental Impact Evaluation (EIE) and Record of Decision (ROD) prepared in accordance with Section 22a-1e of the Connecticut General Statutes, and have determined them to be adequate. OPM's conclusion is documented in the Review of DEEP's ROD for the proposed action.
