Project Description: Washington Village Phase Two is the demolitions of six existing buildings and the construction of a single new mid-rise building of 4 stories with 85 new mixed –income units. The site is a portion of the property at 0 Raymond Street, the existing Washington Village site. The sire requires abatement of hazardous materials in the existing buildings, as well as abatement of contaminated soils as detailed in the environmental reports.  Project has received required flood plain exemption from CT DEEP.

Written comments from the public are welcomed and will be accepted until the close of business on: February 26, 2018.

Any person can ask the sponsoring agency to hold a Public Scoping Meeting by sending such a request to the address below. If a meeting is requested by 25 or more individuals, or by an association that represents 25 or more members, the sponsoring agency shall schedule a Public Scoping Meeting. Such requests must be made by January 26, 2018.
