Project Description:

The Town of Ledyard proposes to build an Industrial Park on 90-acres of land located in the southwest corner of the Town. The proposed site abuts the Town of Groton. This is a regional economic endeavor with funding support from a variety of sources including the Town of Ledyard, the U.S. Commerce Department, Economic Development Administration (EDA) and the State of Connecticut. DECD anticipates that the Industrial Park will become a major focus for industrial growth in Southeastern CT and provide regional jobs and employment opportunities in the Southeastern Connecticut region.
