Tuesday: Lt. Governor Wyman Attends Housing Groundbreaking in Hartford, Speaks at Military Send-Off Ceremony
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday, Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will join Connecticut Department of Housing Commissioner Evonne Klein at the Hands on Hartford groundbreaking ceremony. The Hands on Hartford community center is making renovations to bring supportive housing, meal service, job training, and other programs under one roof. The Housing Department invested $950,000 in the project.
In the afternoon, the Lt. Governor will join Major General Thaddeus Martin and members of the Connecticut National Guard at a send-off ceremony for 90 Guardsmen and women being deployed to Kosovo.
