Filing of Notice of Appearance (NOA)

I am pleased to inform you that the Workers' Compensation Commission will soon be undergoing a computer program conversion in order to technologically serve you more efficiently. This procedure will be performed in three/four phases with the first phase expected to begin in the next several weeks. In order to accomplish these goals, periodic adjustments to procedures will be necessary.

The first such enhancement of the computer system will now require that attorneys file a NOA in any file in which you represent the claimant, respondent, medical provider, etc. This will ensure that you are listed as a necessary party to the case and documents generated by the Commission will be sent directly to you, the attorney of record. You may then forward the letter to any person or company that you deem necessary.

Thank you for your assistance in helping us to upgrade our technological capabilities. As the phases proceed, we will keep you informed as to any changes that will be necessary and also the progress that we are making.
