Voluntary Agreements

RE: Voluntary Agreements

 

I have advised the commissioners to discuss Voluntary Agreements at all informal hearings. If an agreement has been reached between the parties prior to an informal hearing, the Voluntary Agreement should be submitted at that hearing.

It is imperative that Voluntary Agreements be filed. Please note that an employer/insurer may be subject to a fine if a Voluntary Agreement is not submitted.
